Privacy and case data
We handle case files the way we would want our own patients' records handled. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, profession, clinic or lab, country, email and WhatsApp number.
- Case files you send: intraoral scans, photographs, radiographs, prescriptions and notes.
- Correspondence with your planner over WhatsApp, email, calls and video calls.
- Basic, non-identifying website usage data needed to keep the site running.
Why we collect it
To plan the case you send us, to discuss it with you, to deliver the files, and to support you during treatment. We do not use case data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
Patient information
You remain the data controller for your patients. Please send only what is needed to plan the case. Where possible, anonymise scans and photographs before sending them. We are happy to sign a data-processing or confidentiality agreement with your clinic or laboratory.
Storage and retention
Case files are stored on access-controlled systems and are retained for as long as the case is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that refinements can be planned. You can ask us to delete a case at any time by emailing inquiry@allynak.com.
Third parties
We use email, messaging and file-transfer providers to communicate with you and receive files. We only share case files with a third party (such as your lab or manufacturer) on your instruction.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you or your cases, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to inquiry@allynak.com and we will respond promptly.
