We take your scans, photos and prescription and turn them into a treatment plan you can defend clinically: which teeth move, in what order, how much IPR, where attachments go, and what the patient will wear and for how long. Every plan is discussed with you before it is finalised.
A digital setup is the end state of the case, built tooth by tooth on your scan: arch form, alignment, levelling, midlines, overjet and overbite, and a functional occlusion. We build it for the mouth, not just for the screen, so the aligners can actually deliver it.
A simulation shows the case moving from initial to final in stages. Use it chairside to help a patient decide, and in the clinic to plan when IPR, attachments and refinements happen.
Already have a plan from another provider, or a case that is not tracking? We review it with you, explain what we would change and why, and rebuild the setup or the staging where it matters.
When the plan is approved, we export every stage as production-ready models, labelled and ordered, with trim lines and attachment templates where required. Send them to your own lab, your in-house printer, or a manufacturer.
Treatment rarely goes exactly to plan. Message your planner when a tooth is not tracking, when a patient wants a change, or when you need a refinement. We stay on the case with you until it is finished.

Class II div 1, moderate upper crowding, patient refuses extractions. Is this doable with aligners?
Yes. I would stage sequential distalisation and start Class II elastics from stage 1. Send the lower scan and photos and I will build a setup you can review.

We can limit proclination to about 2° and hold the rest with the elastics. I will show you both versions.
